Shipping Policy

Overview:

Upon receiving an order, we send a confirmation email. Unless special ordered or customized, the processing of all orders is within 2 to 3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

Shipping Rates and Estimates:

Shipping charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout according to the delivery location specified. 

Shipping Restrictions:

Many shipping carriers have restrictions delivering to rural areas and or P.O. Boxes. 

Vancouver - local pickup:

You can skip any shipping fees with free local (usually in South Granville) pickup. After selecting local pickup at checkout, unless a custom, special, or out of inventory, orders will generally be ready for pick up within 2 to 3 business days. When the order is ready for pick-up, the email sent will contain additional instructions.

Pickup should be coordinated with us via phone (local # provided) or text message between the hours of 9-5 on weekdays. Please have your order confirmation email with you when you arrive for pick-up. 

International Shipping:

Currently, we offer international shipping to the following countries: the USA. Shipping charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout. For other countries, please contact us for a quote.

Orders may be subject to import duties and taxes, incurred once a shipment reaches the destination country. Ascent Provisions does not calculate nor collect for these charges, which, if applicable, are generally the responsibility of the importer, the customer. 

Checking order status:

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us, which, depending on the shipping class chosen, will (may) include a tracking number. As applicable, please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you have not received your order as anticipated in the number of days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at ascent@ascentprovisions.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you. 

Refunds, returns, and exchanges:

Unless customized or other special order, we accept returns for refund up to 15 days after delivery if the item is unused and in its original condition. Unless there is a special circumstance, responsibility for return shipping costs may lay with the customer.

Forthcoming refunds will be debited to recover charge-backs or surcharges unless other arrangements are made. This will be determined case-by-case. PLEASE CONTACT US FOR AUTHORIZATION PRIOR TO INITIATING A RETURN.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please contact us as soon as possible at ascent@ascentprovisions.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis to come to a fair, satisfactory resolution.
